If you are a Legal Secretary at the top of your game then this senior role with a very successful firm of Solicitors could be perfect for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing extensive secretarial and administrative support for Senior Associate Solicitor
- Dealing principally with property and conveyancing work, but occasionally managing other cases
- Managing busy diary schedule, arranging client meetings and preparing required paperwork
- Dealing with clients both in person and on the telephone and providing an excellent service
- Completing required searches utilising computerised hand Registry system
- Opening files for new clients and completing required compliance checks
