This full-time position is ideal for someone passionate about education and looking to make a positive impact on students' lives. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classroom activities, ensuring students remain focused, and delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of regular teachers. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise classes and maintain discipline, ensuring students stay on task with their work. • Deliver pre-set lesson plans and provide support where necessary. • Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies. • Assist with administrative tasks related to lesson delivery. • Support students with their learning and help resolve any issues that may arise during lessons. • Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and students to ensure a cohesive learning environment. Requirements: • Previous experience in a similar role or working with young people is preferred. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively. • Flexible and adaptable to changing environments and situations. • A genuine interest in working with students and contributing to their academic success. • Relevant qualifications or a degree is desirable but not essential.
