What you'll do
As the Senior Creative team at Zest, you will contribute exceptional conceptual skills to shape the creative vision across our diverse portfolio of brands. As the engine room for creative ideas, you will lead the development and delivery of creative work from concept through to production, using your expertise to understand and interpret strategies and produce inspiring and fresh creative ideas that bring concepts and ideas to life in a compelling manner. Your collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams will be extensive, as you deeply understand creative objectives, develop winning ideas, and execute industry-leading creative work to drive brand credibility and engagement. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with industry trends and contribute to the growth and maintenance of Zest's creative vision and quality of output.
Who you are
As a Creative Team you are highly experienced working in a fast-paced creative environment delivering quality creative output across multi-channel campaign origination. You’ll have experience in developing and landing creative ideas through multiple consumer touchpoints (ATL, BTL, owned channels), along with strong social experience. Your strong communication and collaborative skills will drive creative ideation and messaging development on creative briefs and amplify existing campaign ideas. You'll collaborate closely with clients, external agency partners and cross-functional teams, bringing your ideas to life to drive bigger creative ambitions of the brands within Sainsbury's portfolio. As a team, innovation is at the heart of everything you do. You are curious in nature, stay up to date with industry trends, a keen mentor and passionate about the growth of your junior team members. Embracing a culture of innovation and continuous learning, you challenge creative direction when necessary and create innovative solutions that drive brand credibility and engagement.
