Credit Control Assistant
£23,400 (pro rata) plus benefits (Work Level 6C)
8-month fixed term contract

We're looking for a Credit Control Assistant to join us at Nisa and support the commercial performance of our business by helping reconcile outstanding payments from our partners and suppliers. In this role you'll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and the office (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).
You'll be responsible for supporting the collection of money owed to us and dealing with the due diligence for all partners that join Nisa. We'll also look to you to make sure that supplier invoices are raised and paid correctly, and support with the management of credit limits for our partners. What you'll do
* Support with the collection of partners' financial accounts on a quarterly basis
* Support the collection of pro forma accounts
* Assist with invoice disputes and chasing of money from suppliers
* Complete general sales ledger work
* Communicate with partners over the phone and via email
* Support with the analysis of data from data sheets and profit and loss accounts
