We are proud to be partnering this UK leading client to recruit a proactive Credit Controller, with hybrid working (2 days at home and 3 days in office). The ideal candidate will have solid experience in a Credit Control position, with great communication skills and the ability to build relationships with international customers.
The Credit Controller is responsible for managing the debts of a business, working closely with the other Credit Controller to ensure timely receipt of cash and minimisation of bad debt risk.

- Maintaining customers debt to stay within agreed credit limits
- Issuing paperwork such as account statements and final demand notices
- Proactively identify accounts in need of increased or reduced credit limits
- Allocation of cash and invoices on Sage
- Being the prime point of contact for customers regarding financial position
- Agreeing payment plans from customers
- Reporting for debtor reviews and informing stakeholders
- Experience in a Credit Control position
- Experience using Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Word
- Great personable skills to be able to build relationships with customers
- Great communication skills with both external customers and internal stakeholders
- Organisational and problem-solving skills
