The Best Connection is looking to assist our prestigious client in their search for a Credit Controller as maternity cover for 12 months.
All though this would initially be for 12 months, this can be extended or lead to a permanent position fro the right candidate.
The hours of work will be:
8:30am-5pm Monday -Thursday 45min lunch
8:30am-4:30pm Friday 30min Lunch
The main job duties will be but are not limited to: Chasing debts Releasing credit held orders. Posting cash receipts Processing and distributing sales invoices. Assisting to resolve invoice queries to encourage prompt payment. Analysing aged debtors reports. Checking customer credit limits. Setting up new customer accounts. Use of software such as Navision, Xero, or QuickBooks. MS Office Excel skills are also a plus. The candidate for this role will be taken on by our client on a 12-month fixed term contract.
