A well established client based in Liverpool , with the opportunity to work form home 2 days a week

This role is to ensure the administration for credit notes and outstanding debts are recorded, finalized in accurate and a timely manner for both England and American sides of the operation.

3 days in the office

2 days working from home

Location- Liverpool

Main Duties*:

The range of duties of a Credit Controller is wide and will be expected to include:

1. Raising credit notes
2. Managing customer queries via telephone/email
3. Liaising with Sales Team
4. Chasing outstanding debt
5. Sending out overdue letters
6. Responding to a high volume of enquiries via phone/email
7. Produce monthly statements
8. Open new accounts
