Credit Controller

I am pleased to be working with a prestigious and expanding company based in Crewe as they look to further bolster their finance team with an experienced Credit Controller. The successful candidate will report to the Group Accounts Receivable Manager and will be fully responsible for their own Customer Accounts.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Managing customers and building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Responsible for chasing all outstanding debts within a given customer range,
• Electronically upload invoices.
• Ensuring all customers have the required Invoice/copy invoices.
• Accountable for the resolution of agreed query types in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain PRISM and HUBSPOT customer accounts.
• Responsible for running the daily routines including batch reports.
• Responsible for taking credit card payments.
• Assist the Group Receivable Manager with the yearend Audit process.
• Appreciate the demands of working within a growing business and at times take on unfamiliar tasks and manage your own workload.
• Be involved in ad hoc projects as and when required.
