We are excited to be working with a manufacturing business in Scunthorpe to recruit a proactive Credit Controller for an initial 12-month interim contract, with a potential for permanent. Looking for a Credit Controller to join their busy and friendly office, who is willing to support the team with other areas of finance when needed.

Credit Controller Responsibilities:
- Chasing aged debt through phone and email
- Posting cash receipts onto the finance system
- Releasing credit held orders
- Setting up customer accounts
- Understanding and acting as per the aged debtor report
- Invoicing customers where necessary
- Developing processes and procedures to improve efficiencies
- Ad-hoc duties across accounts administration to support the team when needed
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience within a finance function
- Ideally have worked within credit control/ sales ledger focused role
- Strong communication skills through both verbal and written
- IT literate including excel and finance systems
- Happy to commit to the contract
