What you’ll be doing?
- Ensuring the receivable ledger is reviewed on a daily basis
- Chasing up unpaid invoices and following up on previous requests for payment
- Using accounting systems such as Navision and SAP
- Allocating incoming payments to relevant accounts in SAP
- Completing daily sales invoicing
- Inputting invoices onto customer portals
- Dealing with and resolving customer queries
- Completing associated administration tasks
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Starting salary of £26,000
- 25 days holiday (Rising with tenure to 30 days)
