German Credit Control

We are looking for a full-time German speaking Credit Controller to work in a hybrid role part of a shared service centre of an international manufacturing company in Swindon speaking to customers and factories in Germany. You will be working as part of an international Accounts Receivable team based in the UK and responsible for managing credit with the German sales ledgers speaking to customers in Germany.

You will:

• Identify and follow up overdue and upcoming invoices
• Contact customers with copies of the invoice, and arranging for payment or part payment of invoices
• Set up new clients in internal systems and analyse their credit worthiness
• Monitor credit limits
• Reconcile the bank statements, matching payments to the ledger
• Ensure internal systems are kept up to date, working to a monthly finance cycle.
• You will be working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

You need to be:

• Fluent in German (written and spoken)
• Experienced in finance

Ideally, you also have:

• Experience of Credit Control
• Good skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience of working with businesses across Europe

Salary £25,000 - £30,000 PA
