Our client is fun, exciting and super fast-paced! The role as Credit Controller and work within a very cool office! Our client designs and sells its products online and via stockists throughout the US, UK, Europe and the rest of the world.
We need applicants who are enthusiastic about a career in Finance. This is a varied role and you will have a rewarding cross-over position serving as a key link between the sales and finance teams.
Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, your role responsibilities will be (but not limited to;)
Your role:
Managing internal and external relationships between both customers, and sales and finance teams.Keeping accurate accounting records of customer paymentsAnalysing and reporting on payment performanceAssessing credit applications and making credit judgementsManaging and documenting payment communications with European customersManaging Direct Debit processThe role is varied, providing assistance to and working alongside a number of team members both in finance and in the sales department. The work is varied across a number of core skill areas, and we anticipate growth in the advanced skills areas as the role progresses in responsibility.
