Credit Controller required for a new and exciting temporary to permanent opportunity working for a well established business based in Oldbury, Birmingham.
Responsibilities :
Day to day running of the credit control function managing a ledger of up to 800 live accounts.
Opening new accounts
Running credit checks
Raising invoices/credit notes
Allocating cash
Chasing payments by phone and email
Resolving queries and reporting aged debt
This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Credit Controller looking for a new challenge or a junior finance assistant looking to pursue a career in credit control. You will ideally have excellent interpersonal skills, have a positive can-do attitude, a hands on approach and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
