SalaryBlusource Recruitment is searching for a French-speaking Credit Controller to join a large international company based in Nottingham.
What you will do:
- Leveraging your outstanding communication and negotiation skills, you will achieve exceptional results by handling the following aspects of the role:
- Engaging with customers via phone, Zoom/Teams, and email to discuss payments, credit terms, and address queries.
- Proactively managing cash collection, including accurate and timely account reconciliation and dispute resolution.
- Assessing and appropriately escalating issues that hinder cash collection or pose risks, in collaboration with relevant internal teams.
- Balancing debt recovery with risk management and commercial objectives.
- Maintaining an updated and precise customer database, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.
What you will be:
- Fluent in both English and French.
- Highly focused and results-driven, with the ability to manage customer accounts and resolve queries.
- A problem solver with strong reasoning and negotiation skills.
- Financially and commercially aware.
- Computer literate, proficient in Excel, and adaptable to various forms of technology.
