FRS are recruiting a Credit Controller for a highly recognised brand based in Coventry.
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be working within a small finance team & responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with billing process, credit control, raising credits, invoicing & supporting the month-end accounting processes.
Suitable candidates will be experienced within credit control / accounts receivable, billing process, credit control, invoicing & general finance! You'll also be comfortable managing your own time / workload & be personable - maintaining excellent internal & external working relationships.
Duties Will Include
- Analysing and validating customer credit requests
- Raising of credits
- Credit Control
- Maintaining & updating the Sales Ledger
- Ensuring customers have all necessary information for timely payment
- Reconciling & entering payments
- Daily Invoicing
- Supporting the office administration
