The role as a Credit Controller:
- Efficiently manage customers’ debts, ensuring timely payments are received.
- You will also be responsible for the processing of incoming funds, reconciliation of customer accounts and resolution of account queries.
- Telephoning and emailing customers for overdue payments.
- Reconciling customer accounts.
- Issuing credit control letters and monthly statements.
- Developing and maintaining month end reports.
- Reviewing customer data in Sage.
Skills and attributes:
- Proven experience within Credit Control.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Computer literate - Excel and all other Microsoft packages.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to build working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of SAGE.
