We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join an organisation based in Manchester. This is a three month temp role, working Mondays – Fridays, 9am – 5pm, with a 30 minute lunch break each day. This role would involve working 2 – 3 days in the office, and the remaining hours remotely.
The successful candidate will be required to chase payments from customers and complete admin to update records.
Responsibilities
Chasing payments over the phone and/or via email
Identifying customer issues and escalating appropriately
Updating customer records as and when necessary
Liaising with clients and other departments in the business
Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
Meeting and exceeding targets
Undertaking any other ad hoc duties as required
Previous experience in credit control/collections
Flexible attitude
Good attention to detail
Good communication skills (oral and written)
Organised
Available to start ASAP
Pay rate of £13.59 per hour (Paid Weekly!)
