Credit Controller

Salary:

Up to £26,000 + Bonus

We are recruiting for 4 full time Credit Controllers!

As a Credit Controllerbased in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for:  

• Managing a portfolio of existing and new customers with the purpose of controlling, reducing and maintaining debt risk.

• Ensuring systems are updated with calls, payment promise and query information to maintain accurate account history.

• Building strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service.

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

• Previous Credit Control experience with proven track record in debt reduction and account management.

• The ability to work with large volumes in a fast-paced environment, ideally experience of query resolution.

• To be proficient in Excel and confident using V-look up tables

• Proactive and methodical approach, tenacious nature.

• Confident, ability to problem solve and challenge where necessary.
