We are currently working with a well established business based North of Nottingham. They are looking to recruit a Credit Controller to work within their thriving finance function. This is a great opportunity reporting directly into the Deputy Finance Director.
Responsibilities:
Chasing cash from debtor lists
Allocating payments
Liaising both internally and externally to problem solve any queries
Reconciling the accounts on a daily basis
Issuing customer statements
Ensuring month end deadlines are met
In addition various administration duties as and when required
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience within a credit control or sales ledger function
Good working knowledge of excel
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Organised and the ability to prioritise own workload
Team player
Good attention to detail
