Credit Manager

Location: Tamworth
Salary: Up to £45,000
Summary:
At Bis Henderson, we are looking for a Credit Manager to join a growing cold-chain solutions provider. Reporting into the Finance Director, the Credit Manager will manage the Credit Control, Sales Ledger and PCN functions. This will oversee invoicing and cash collection while providing quality service to their customers and internal stakeholders. This also includes managing a team of 4, setting and monitoring their KPIs. The ideal candidate will have previous practical and managerial experience within Credit Control alongside advanced Excel and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 4, leading, motivating and developing the team to maximise performance
• Develop, manage and report on relevant KPIs
• Review customer applications and take action as necessary regarding the setting of insurance limits
• Establish and maintain good customer relationships, at all levels
• Ensure the timely and effective collection of all debts
• Regular and ad hoc weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting

Experience:

• Practical and managerial experience in Credit Control with proven ability to manage, support and develop staff.
• Advanced Excel and strong technical skills are essential.
• Strong ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven communication, negotiation and influencing skills in working with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
