Position: CRM/Email Marketing Specialist

Salary: Up to £40,000 dependant on experience

The Role:
- Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive sales growth and lead acquisition.
- Develop and optimize email templates for various purposes, ensuring visually appealing and responsive designs.
- Identify and implement methods to capture and qualify leads, enhancing customer segmentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for lead generation through email campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance and customer interactions, continuously improving strategies based on insights.
- Implement marketing automation workflows to streamline tasks and enhance customer retention.
- Promote best practices for email marketing and CRM usage across the organization.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of CRM/Email Marketing experience ideally in a B2B focused role
- Proficiency in email marketing automation platforms (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot).
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Ability to collect, analyse, and interpret email marketing data.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (although this business operate on a bespoke CRM therefore experience using a particular system such as Salesforce isn’t compulsory).
- Strong copywriting skills.
