As they continue to move through the next phase of their Digital and CRM project, they are looking for a new Senior CRM professional to join their team and support these transformation projects.
This is a true multi-channel CRM role with campaigns across Email, SMS, Refer a Friend, and Push. You will lead the talent CRM team in the delivery of the brands new customer acquisition and retention strategy, ensuring high rates are maintained and customer database growth is achieved.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Deliver the multi-channel CRM strategy designed to grow the customer database, and the value of all new and existing customers.
- Further develop the brands marketing communications calendar, ensuring the workflow is delivered to the required deadlines.
- Writing clear and precise creative briefs as well as supporting in the creation of compelling copy for multi-channel campaigns. Responsible for all sign off.
- Ensure management and prioritisation of workflow across the team to deliver target new business volumes, key marketing projects and wider business projects.
- Monitor results and report on performance and making recommendations to the wider digital and marketing teams. Including senior stakeholder management.
- Understand profitability of all channels and activity delivered by your team. Understand relationship between marketing spend, CPA and income. Make recommendations for improvements in profitability of owned channels.
- Managing a team of CRM Executives on tactical delivery. Reporting into the Head of Marketing. Work closely with external agencies.
What I am looking for:
- Ideally 5+ years' experience in a Senior CRM role, working in a fast paced environment in either a in house large consumer brand or agency.
- Comfortable in delivering the new Multi-Channel CRM strategy, working on large projects and campaign delivery. Ability to prioritise work and projects.
- Excellent creative and copywriting and assessment skills
- Previous people management experience.
