WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
As a CRM Marketing Manager, you will step into a 12-month Fixed Term Contract with the potential for extension. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Crafting and executing compelling customer campaigns across the omnichannel journey to drive revenue maximization.
- Delving into the intricacies of the customer database, covering areas such as acquisition, retention, engagement, and churn.
- Supervising a compact team of proficient Marketing Executives, providing oversight on their activities, and taking the lead on various projects and procedures.
- Analyzing campaign performance and success, leveraging insights to inform future campaigns and refine the overarching marketing strategy.

- Demonstrated experience in mentoring and coaching.
