We are currently recruiting for a Customer Account administrator based in Adlington, Cheshire.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, good IT skills, be able to multi-task and prioritise, have good attention to detail, along with the ability to work within a team yet un-supervised. Good Geographical knowledge is desirable.
Day to day duties will be a variety of tasks from booking engineers in, organising vehicle services and safety inspections, maintenance and repairs through to amending bookings, organising winter checks, doing forward bookings, up-dating databases and liaising with the end client, dealing with queries, so an excellent telephone manner is essential. All service plans are in place so no sales/cold calling involved.
Ideally the successful candidate will possess experience, which is transferable, ideally from within a motor industry or similar. Anyone who has experience of 1-link would be of great interest to our client.
The working week is Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.
