Job Summary
Our client, is currently looking for a dynamic individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. This position offers excellent career development opportunities and the chance to be part of a thriving team dedicated to the continued success of our client.

Based in Congleton

Monday-Thursday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Friday: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

SAlary 24,000

Responsibilities and Duties
Compile quotations to customer requirements
Ensure accuracy of customer account data
Handle correspondence, complaints, and queries from accounts and non-accounted customers
Implement and maintain office administrative systems and procedures
Attend meetings with the leadership team
Assist the service and repair team with administrative requirements for customer returns
Contribute to weekly, monthly, and annual targets
Handle online orders from receipt to invoice
Support with exhibition administration
Prepare reports and presentations for the leadership team
Qualifications and Skills
5 years of experience in customer service
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to support others in achieving their goals
High self-motivation and a positive attitude
Effective communication across all levels
Proficiency in information technology
Result-oriented mindset
