Customer Account Co-Ordinator

We are currently recruiting for one of our very well respected clients based in Adlington,Cheshire. The role is to fulfil a fleet coordinating position. Ideally the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, good IT skills, be able to multi-task and prioritise, have good attention to detail, along with the ability to work within a team yet un-supervised.

Day to day duties will be a variety of tasks from organising vehicle services and MOT's, maintenance and repairs through to amending bookings, organising winter checks, doing forward bookings, up-dating databases and liaising with the end client, so an excellent telephone manner is essential. Ideally the successful candidate will possess experience which is transferable, ideally from within a motor industry or similar. Anyone who has experience in a dealership and has previous use of 1-link would be of great interest to our client.

The working week is Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm;

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
