Do you excel at building relationships?

As a Customer Account Manager you will be responsible for maximising sales by building trusting relationships and providing excellent customer service. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will create new business enquiries through inbound WARM leads (NO COLD CALLING).

This is a brilliant role for someone who is happy to show clients around your offices and facilities with a view to them signing up We are looking for a real people person.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8-4 or 10-6, Saturday 9-4, and Sunday 10-3 on a rota. You will be required to work 5 in 7 days which includes 1 in 3 weekends, 40 hours per week.

Salary: 22, 700k + approx 7/ 8k commission (Realistic earnings in yr one 29/30k uncapped)

Job Duties for a Customer Account Manager:

• Manage very warm leads and enquiries gained from website, emails and phone calls
• Provide excellent customer service for any general enquiries
• Respond to prospect and sales enquiries
• Invite customer into the facility, conduct a show around of the site
• Support with operation and administrative tasks throughout the site
• Work to KPI's and sales targets focussing on successes
