We are looking to recruit a Customer Advisor to deliver a front of house service within our Blackburn Leisure Centre. Duties will include serving customers with the highest standard of customer service whilst providing a welcoming, effective and efficient reception service. Applicants will be expected to cover days, evenings and weekends.
To work as one of a team to deliver professional, high quality, customer focussed sports and leisureservices to all centre users in a safe educational and friendly environment, promoting increased
participation.
Responsible for delivering an excellent service to all by answering telephones, providing customers information, handling cash and transactions, managing and controlling customer access, handling
enquiries and converting them into sales where appropriate, and dealing with customer complaints
effectively.
To play an active role in the promotion, selling and retention of BwD Leisure products/services, supporting the strong commercial principles required to meet
performance targets`
