One of our brillant clients based in Henley-on-Thames are looking to bring an Customer Coordinator into their team. This is a Monday to Friday position, 100% office based. Main duties will include:
- Administration support which will include but not limited to providing prep for calls/meetings, updating training records using Excel, compiling proposal documents using Word and reviewing reports to be sent to clients.
- Contacting clients over the phone and via email to arrange calls for the Customer Relations Manager, gain feedback from training courses, book in services and assist with material orders.
- Taking relevant notes during team meetings and client calls.
- Working closely with other departments to assist with client needs.
