Global CTS Recruitment are seeking a confident, outgoing Customer Services person to join a very lively team of Customer service team of five with a wider team of 40 people in the business. The environment is fast paced, demanding and requires a high level of both organisational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with customer queries over the phone and email
- Arranging appointment and diary management for the engineers
- Producing quotes and gaining stock prices from suppliers
- Assisting engineers who have queries when attending customer sites
- First point of contact for customers who have invoice queries
- Updating the CRM with customer information
- Send out relevant documents for contract renewals and log all information received back on the CRM
Skills
- Two years B2B customer service experience
- Good level of communication and IT skills
