Pertemps Crawley are working alongside an innovative manufacturer & supplier to the Construction industry, looking for a customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join their successful team, based near Redhill.
The Role:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Collating and processing sales orders via phone & email
- Calculating and providing accurate quotations
- Checking stock levels and clearly communicating lead times and updates
- Handling customer enquiries
- Upselling & cross selling additional products and services
- Creating and updating customer records on the inhouse CRM
- Previous experience in a similar sales support / administrator role
- Strong communication skills, written & verbal
- Good attention to detail maintained when working with high volume, repetitive data
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Proficient user of MS Packages & inhouse CRMs
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm (45-minute lunch)
- 23,000 - 28,000 (dependent on relevant experience)
