The main purpose of this role is to be the point of contact between clients and engineers managing the diary and handling inbound calls.

This is a full-time, permanent role. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm.
Reporting to the office manager your responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls and any customer or clients queries
- Managing the engineers diary and booking in appointments
- Sending and closing down job sheets from the engineers
- Experience within a busy environment
- Customer service skills
- Previous administrative experience desirable
- Ability to multi-task and be organised
