You will make contributions that matter by...
- Preparing export documentation and scheduling deliveries for EU customers to meet customer timescales.
- Supporting new EU and ROW business development by arranging customer samples.
- Booking and managing product inspections relating to sales order and sample deliveries, ensuring that all documentation is fully compliant with Government and internal standards for China and ROW customers.
- Liaising with production teams to ensure the correct stock is available.

- Strong, demonstrable administration experience.
- High levels of accuracy.
- Experience processing a high volume of transactions.
- The ability to speak French - ideal.
- Strong export experience - ideal.
