MCS Group is currently working alongside a leading IT Service provider to recruit an Customer Sales Advisor.
The successful candidate will introduce and promote the specified product range, ensuring profitability is maximised through the existing client base whilst delivering the best service and customer satisfaction.
You will assist Account Managers with their vision for key accounts including quote generation and contract renewals and upsells.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous Customer Sales experience gained within an MSP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confident managing customer queries and requests, escalating where necessary
- Comfortable negotiating costs with suppliers and with deal registration processes
- Experience with quoting complex, bespoke infrastructure solutions and with managing entire sales cycle from quotation to invoice
- Ability to manage customer contract renewals and licensing. Previous experience gained within an MSP and in particular a grasp of CSP licencing and processes would be preferable
- Experience working with Connectwise or similar PSA specifically in terms of quote creation for existing customers
- Knowledge of procurement process and order management
- Comfortable working closely with various internal teams and updating on any developments within the client accounts, ensuring a high level of team relationships exist
- Ensure that the sales team are kept informed of any developments relevant to their accounts
