Winsearch UK is currently working with a manufacturing business to appoint a Customer Service Administrator on a temporary on-going basis. This position will be an office based role supporting clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Customer Service Administrator

You will be responsible for:

* First point of contact for calls from customers and field to relevant person/department
* Raise quotations and follow up on quotes
* Handle enquiries e.g. new quotes, repeat quotes, delivery dates, sample requests
* Complaints handling
* Diary Management
* Inputting and processing orders
* Maintain relationship with suppliers and clients
* Raise Purchase Orders and invoices for placed and completed orders
* Booking in deliveries

Customer Service Administrator

Qualifications and Requirements

* Understanding of Manufacturing process is preferred
* Previous experience of Office Administration is essential
* Understanding of print or label production would be highly beneficial
* MS Office experience is essential; MS Excel in particular
* Organised
* Confident
* Happy to work in a small team
