Customer Service Administrator
£19,000 - £24,000 per annum dependent on experience
At Reliant Rubber we're looking for an ambitious individual to be our next Customer Service Administrator. You will be the face of the company for many of our clients, assisting with enquiries and existing orders within the business. Working closely with the office team, you will be carrying out crucial administrative duties to provide organisation and communication across the wider team.
We're a leading player in the field of specialist products and rubber technology. We have recently expanded their product line to cater to the wider market and thus are growing at a fast pace. Training and support will be provided.
In this role your responsibilities will be:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Use the in-house database (training will be provided) to create invoices, delivery notes etc.
- Dealing with correspondence via phone calls and emails
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Support the Reliant Rubber team by performing tasks related to organisation and strong communication.
- Provide information to customers by answering questions and requests.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements
GCSEs or equivalent education required
