Customer Service Administrator
Are you someone who loves being in the thick of things; having a handle on everything that is happening with customers and being comfortable with talking to them over the phone? If you are looking for a role where you can take responsibility for customer liaison and management, this role is for you. Tennants UK is looking for a proactive Customer Service Administrator with strong organisational skills and excellent communication to work as part of the order processing and technical advisory team.
Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities:
• Communicate regularly and proactively with customers to keep them aware of progress on orders and to deal with any queries.
• Take and accurately process orders via phone or email taking a ‘right first time’ approach to the information that is provided and processed.
• Liaise with logistics providers to ensure customer deadlines are met.
• Liaise closely with other departments to ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met.
Customer Service Administrator Requirements:
You will need to have:
• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the telephone
• Strong organisational skills, including a desire for accuracy and an attention to detail.
• The ability to self-manage yourself and your workload.
• Previous experience in a sales or Customer Service background
• A natural ability and interest in solving problems.
• Strong IT literacy, particularly with the MS Office Suite
• The ability to absorb and retain a comprehensive knowledge of the range of products offered to customers.

Location: Nottingham – this is an office based role
Hours: Full Time, Permanent: 40 hours per week
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 dependent upon experience
