Monday - Friday: 8.00AM - 4.30PM

Pay Rate: £11.54 PER HOUR

Day to Day Duties

• To provided support to the administration department and fulfil all aspects as set out
• To Manage and Maintain fuel and Ply Lining invoices for dealers
• Booking in all vehicles for delivery through the transport department
• Ordering ply -lining and decals for vans as per customer request
• Sending Spare keys to customer as requested
• Providing POD as requested by customer
• To Liaise with parts department for creation of tender quotes and ordering

Essential Skills

• Computer Literate and confident using Microsoft office packages
• Able to meet tight deadlines
• Good Administration Skills
• Must be able to communicate at an elevated level both oral and written.
• Must hold a valid full UK Driving Licence and have own transport (YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN CAR TO TRAVEL TO WORK)
