Pay Rate: £11.54 PER HOUR

Day to Day Duties
- To provided support to the administration department and fulfil all aspects as set out
- To Manage and Maintain fuel and Ply Lining invoices for dealers
- Booking in all vehicles for delivery through the transport department
- Ordering ply -lining and decals for vans as per customer request
- Sending Spare keys to customer as requested
- Providing POD as requested by customer
- To Liaise with parts department for creation of tender quotes and ordering
Essential Skills
- Computer Literate and confident using Microsoft office packages
- Able to meet tight deadlines
- Good Administration Skills
- Must be able to communicate at an elevated level both oral and written.
- Must hold a valid full UK Driving Licence and have own transport (YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN CAR TO TRAVEL TO WORK)
