Our client is looking to welcome talented individuals to their growing team! As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be handling a range of customer enquiries and completing the associate administrative tasks that go with it.

Duties will include:
- Providing high-quality customer support
- Liaising with customers via written and verbal communication
- Providing accurate product and service information
- Communicating with external parties as needed
- Working with the team to ensure a smooth customer journey
Previous Customer Service experience is essential, but it can be from within any sector (retail, hospitality, contact centre etc). The successful candidate will also be confident on the phones with great attention to detail. Computer literacy and excellent interpersonal skills is also required.
