Do you have demonstrable experience in administration and pride yourself in great customer service? Our client who is a Global Engineering company is seeking a dedicated Service Administrator. If you are looking for career development and being a part of a growing team, then we would like to hear from you!
Daily duties will include;
- Ensuring proactive communication with customers and assisting in providing the best service
- Organising and scheduling planned reactive in-house repairs
- Coordinating and responding to any queries via phone and email
- Maintaining organised records and documentation
- Creating quotations in line with customer requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent administrative and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work
- IT literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook (CRM or SAGE200 would be beneficial but not essential)
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service, going above and beyond to exceed expectations
