Customer Service Administrator
Location: Bournemouth
Starting Salary: £25,000
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Tru Talent is thrilled to collaborate with a nearby disposal facilities client, in the search for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
You will be an integral part of the business, managing the administration, customer needs and expectations. You will have the ability to work proactively with your team as well as independently.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
- Answering operational telephone calls in a professional manner
- Building a rapport with customers and suppliers and managing client accounts where needed
- Processing customer orders and liaising with suppliers.
- Advising customers on both commercial and domestic waste management
- Liaising with accounts receivables regarding customer credit card payments
- Administrative duties ensuring the smooth running of the Customer Service department including any adhoc tasks.
- Assisting your colleagues in other departments where required
- Administration of contractor pricing, purchase orders and new sites onto the system
- Making notes for sites, clients and supply chain with appropriate information and advising departments on issues
- Advising on best practise of conflict solutions when customer and supplier queries arise
Needed for the role of Customer Service Administrator:
- Good Customer Service skills
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Administration experience
- Organisational skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
