As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service. Your primary responsibilities will include communicating with customers through various channels, processing orders accurately, and coordinating seamless product deliveries. Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through multiple channels (telephone, email, live chat, social media)
- Address general inquiries, support with product queries
- Input and accurately process customer orders
- Ensure timely and efficient handling from order placement to delivery.
- Work closely with other departments to arrange delivery and liaise with customers
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly
- Stay informed about our products/services to effectively assist customers and provide relevant information
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
About You:
- Proven experience in a Customer Service or administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using Customer Service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
