Hours: Monday – Friday/ 9-6
The role

Our client who has been established for the past 12 years is currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated team player who can deliver excellent Customer Service to their clients and become an established part of their small team. You will be expected to manage all customer enquiries in a timely manner and with a personable approach – you won’t be shy in letting your personality come across.
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will play a pivotal role within this flourishing company. Your role will see you being the first point of contact for all enquiries from prospective and established customers by both telephone and email. You will be a highly personable and organised individual and hold a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude. Previous experience of managing customer invoices and raising purchase orders is a must for this role with the ability to demonstrate a sound knowledge of administration.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Processing customer orders and respond to all enquiries via both phone and email
- Raising customer invoices and PO’s
- Maintain and grow positive relationships with all clients
- Be able to have product knowledge to confidentially discuss client requests and orders
- Ability to upsell and cross sell services with all clients
- Using Excel and QuickBooks to produce correspondence and documents
- Maintaining client records and updating as and when
- A creative flair to be involved with uploading products on to their website and write engaging copy about each product (Desired)
Skills and experience sought
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Previous experience of managing all sales administration
- Excellent verbal and written skills are essential
- Confident user of Microsoft packages including Excel
- Previous experience within account management or Sales Admin
- Previous furniture experience desired but not essential
