Customer Service Administrator

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Processing sales orders for both existing and new customers
- Answering customer queries on the phone and email
- Ensuring all paperwork and processes are adhered to, meeting Customer Service expectations
- Managing customers' expectations and communicating with regards to their orders
- Actively engaging and supporting outstanding Customer Service throughout the whole customer journey
- Liaising with internal departments (production, despatch, accounts)
Skills and experience required:
- A proactive, positive attitude and ability to use own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to multi task and prioritise workload
- An ability work in a busy, sometimes pressured environment
- Confident in Microsoft Office packages and CRM databases
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry experience
Based in Ledbury, our client is offering a salary of £22k.
Hours of work - Mon - Thurs - 8.30 - 5pm and Fri - 8.30 - 4.30pm
