Berry Recruitment, are recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client. We are currently currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join their team. The role entails providing crucial administrative support services to their customers, ensuring exceptional Customer Service delivery from initial contact to contract completion. The successful candidate will handle a variety of calls, addressing customer inquiries, and responding to information requests with professionalism and adherence to service standards.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage a large volume and variety of telephone enquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Respond to customer correspondence via letter and email in a timely and courteous manner.
- Liaise with customers, financial advisers, and third parties to process instructions and address enquiries effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold and exceed service standards consistently.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Excellent telephone manner and a proven track record of delivering outstanding Customer Service.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with acute attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with relevant software applications.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in Customer Service administration, preferably in a financial context.
- Background in financial services.
- Previous experience in a call centre environment.
Salary: £21,000 to £23,000 per year
