The Role:
Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a superior level of Customer Service whilst helping with enquires as-well-as obtaining, analysing and verifying accurate information.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the underwriting team in the delivery of effective policy administration.
- Dealing with queries in a professional manner and maintain a close relationship with the external and internal teams.
- Ensuring compliance is completed.
- Policies are adhered too and adjustments of any premiums.
