Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: London / Remote
Salary: £22,000 - £25000 per annum
Job responsibilities :
Provide high levels of Customer Service including handling customer queries
Act as a central point of contact to process customer orders according to their agreed lead-times
Dealing with customer inquiries via email and over the telephone.
Updating customer details on internal databases.
Dealing with all associated administration.
Requirement and Attributes:
