Role: Customer Service Administrator

Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 (dependant on experience)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Full time, Hybrid after probation

Contract: Permanent

Location: Exeter, Devon

Main Duties for the Customer Service Administrator:

• Ensuring document accuracy through typing, formatting, and quality checking various materials
• Supporting office operations by managing tasks such as ordering stationery, overseeing fleet cars, coordinating equipment, scheduling meetings, and arranging meetings
• Managing phone inquiries and appropriately directing calls.
• Maintaining records of invoices and facilitating payment processing.
• Issuing contract documents as necessary.
• Generating and distributing timesheet reports on both monthly and weekly schedules.
• Preparing and dispatching monthly invoices.
• Generating VAT receipts.

Experience requirement for the Customer Service Administrator:

• Atleast 1 - 2 years Administration experience
• Possess a positive, self-motivated, and hunter mentality
