Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and organise VAT & EPR Registration documents.
- Engage in effective communication with clients, colleagues, and external partners through both phone and email.
- Stay abreast of industry changes, demonstrating a commitment to continuous self-learning.
- Handle ad-hoc administration tasks efficiently.
- Maintain transparent internal communication to optimise the customer journey.
- Organise and update internal computer systems with pertinent information.
- Monitor and meet deadlines for both routine and ad-hoc tasks.
- Manage a diverse client portfolio with varying requirements to a high standard.
Essential skills, knowledge, and experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of administrative working experience.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Quick thinker and fast learner.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- Excellent multitasking ability.
- Enthusiastic and self-driven.
- Keen eye for detail.
