Job description

Brook Street are actively recruiting for the position of Customer Service Administrator.

Location: Southampton

Salary: 25,000

Successful candidates should embody qualities such as pro-activity, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills. The role requires a dynamic individual capable of working independently and engaging proactively in our client-focused practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and organise VAT & EPR Registration documents.
  • Engage in effective communication with clients, colleagues, and external partners through both phone and email.
  • Stay abreast of industry changes, demonstrating a commitment to continuous self-learning.
  • Handle ad-hoc administration tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain transparent internal communication to optimise the customer journey.
  • Organise and update internal computer systems with pertinent information.
  • Monitor and meet deadlines for both routine and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Manage a diverse client portfolio with varying requirements to a high standard.

Essential skills, knowledge, and experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of administrative working experience.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Quick thinker and fast learner.
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
  • Excellent multitasking ability.
  • Enthusiastic and self-driven.
  • Keen eye for detail.
