This is an exciting, new position, which will see the successful applicant managing the administration of the small claims process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
* Effectively managing incoming emails
* Manually logging claims on to the claims system
* Providing exceptional Customer Service by promptly responding to client queries
* Updating clients' information
* Ability to handle Live Chats and Portal Messages demonstrating a professional manner
* Demonstrate excellent written communication skills
* Demonstrating excellent IT skills
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have excellent Customer Service skills, and possess strong attention to detail. Prior experience in a similar role would be welcomed, although this is not essential.
Location: Tonbridge
Salary: £21,000 - £22,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Additional information: Temp position with opportunities to become permanent
